Join us in a Four Part Series exploring outside the box options for a more vibrant economy:
April 6th = Is it possible to connect rural California? Alexander Hagan CEO of Etheric Networks will discuss how
Alexander Hagen has been working in technology since 1984. His visionary approach to network design and wireless technology has been the driving force behind Etheric Network’s success.
He’s authored several patents related to wireless communications, and continues to lead Etheric Networks in connecting Northern California. Alex authored six patents related to wireless security while working for NTT Docomo from 2000 until 2003.
Alex was one of the early members of Berkeley Networks which successfully designed and manufactured the highest density routers in the world at the time.
In the 80’s Alex developed the first airline reservation system Graphical User Interface (GUI) on the Apple “Lisa” computer and pioneered the first airline reservation systems that used TCP/IP (the internet).
Etheric has recently received RDOF funds to bring fiber to the home in both Mendocino and Humboldt Counties. Join this discussion on when and how this will affect our community.
